  • HARP conducts trainings & seminars about Customer Service, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Marketing Techniques, Sustainability, Ethics, Legislation & more. HARP is geared towards improving the standards of the Hotels & Restaurants in Pampanga. This is free of charge for representative of its members.
  • HARP is pushing itself to be the One-Stop Organization in Pampanga, Group Booking Requests from different associations outside Angeles City are forwarded to HARP & then distributed to HARP members. Also, HARP’s monthly meetings are done in different establishments (hotels/ restaurants) of HARP members every third Wednesday of the month.
  • HARP members have a great promotion where managers & owners meet other entrepreneurs on monthly meetings & exchanged business cards & such. They also go outbound to different parts of the Philippines (like Davao, Palawan, Baguio & etc.) & outside the country (Malaysia, Thailand & etc.) to promote the Hotels & Restaurants in Angeles City. HARP members are also included in the HARP Directory given to stakeholders.
  • HARP members promo collaterals are visible at the booth shared with Department of Tourism at the Arrival area of Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), also, HARP assists in the emergency diverted flights in Clark Airport.
  • HARP works closely with Angeles City Hall, Angeles City Tourism Office, Local Police and invites law enforcement personnel as guest speakers to give briefings on terrorist procedures, drug enforcement, etc., for the safety & security of the member’s hotel guests & clientele. All concerns of members are forwarded to the government officials & discussed in hearings.
  • There is a bigger chance to be accredited by the Department of Tourism because HARP is an active partner of this government agency. HARP is engaged in the different activities of DOT such North Philippines Expo, Familiarization Tour, Trainings & Seminars & more.
  • HARP members do not compete each other; rather help each other to work together to develop a common objective. HARP is affiliated with the Travel Agencies sector, Pampanga Agents Travel Society (PATS) and Association of Tour & Travel Agencies of Pampanga (ATTAP) to increase inbound tourists.
